80 % Grenache, 20% Tempranillo, Albillo Mayor and Verdejo
For this wine, we aimed to give priority to the uniqueness and complexity of the vineyard over the aromas of fermentation. To do this, we carried out a direct pressing using only the free run juice, followed by cold fermentation and, finally, ageing for 3 months with its fine lees in a French oak foudre.
Very pale pink. Medium intensity, elegant and suggestive nose, notes of aromatic herbs, white flowers and stone fruit. Other notes related to the ageing on lees (bread, cream...) also appear. Good intensity on the palate, full-bodied, with a fresh finish and refreshing acidity. Long and complex.
Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to white meat or oily fish.
