Wine: Tradition Vs Modernity

In addition to learning the secrets of how red and rosé wine is made, and stepping into the shoes of a viticulturist and winemaker for a few hours, you will also learn how wine was made in ancient times with a visit to an ancient 16th century underground winery.

From the vine to the table

How better to end the day than with a hearty Castilian meal at an ancient underground winery transformed into a restaurant? All after first stepping into the shoes of a true viticulturist and visiting our vineyards and then into the shoes of a winemaker, as you discover the secrets of the entire winemaking process, as it is prepared today at our winery and as it was all done back in the 16th century, during our underground winery visit.
